Yes, its honestly weird.......judging someone's intelligence with the proficiency of english ...looks  crazy ! But this is happening, ......  the  parents are growing crazy as well in the process......spending lakhs to educate their children in expensive schools to get that "angreji-chaap". Oaf....education system is going to pits......

What you have expressed about judging is the routine that all of us do to understand things around us. I was pointing at the more negative aspect wherein we lose all humility and become self obsessed. Where we derive pleasure in giving others pain.
